What is the Grow Together initiative?
Grow Together is the first phase of a long-term campus vision to address our pressing ministry space needs today while preparing to reach and disciple our growing community for years to come.
Why do we need a new gym if we are repurposing the current one?
Building a new gym allows us to repurpose the gym area in the FLC, providing new classrooms close together, space for adult discipleship, and secure access points for Kids Ministry. A freestanding gym will increase access for youth and outreach events.
Will the church take on debt for these projects?
Our goal is to fund as much of the project as possible through Grow Together gifts. Any decision regarding borrowing will depend on the commitments received before construction begins.
What is the project timeline?
Construction will proceed in phases, beginning in the summer of 2027 and continuing through 2028.
How should I determine what to give?
Giving is a personal decision between you and the Lord. We encourage everyone to pray and discern what sacrificial generosity looks like for their household. The goal is not equal giving, but equal sacrifice.
Will this affect our ongoing ministry or missions budget?
No. Our commitment to local ministry and global missions remains fully funded through our general budget. We ask our church family to maintain their regular giving and prayerfully consider giving to Grow Together above and beyond that foundation.
How and when will commitments be fulfilled?
Commitments are fulfilled over a 24-month period. You may give weekly, monthly, annually, or through one-time gifts, either during Sunday services or online.
What is the purpose of the initial offering?
An initial offering provides first-fruits momentum as construction begins. In addition to cash and online gifts, contributions can also be made through non-cash assets such as stocks, real estate, or other tangible assets.
Who will benefit most from Grow Together?
Our entire church family will benefit from expanded space for discipleship, fellowship, and worship. Most importantly, these spaces will serve children, students, and future generations as they hear the gospel and GROW TOGETHER in Christ.
